I had my last midterm today! It was History of the Middle East. I got up half an hour early, went to school, and sat in my car studying. Then probably didn’t retain anything through my World Music class. Then walked into the wrong the building because I was reading my flash cards. Yeah. I was pretty stressed.
Turns out, it was mildly needlessly! The test wasn’t too hard. Probably because I studied so hard being as stressed out as I was. It turned out that I did a lot of unnecessary studying though, like reading the book. Pshaw on assigned reading. As soon as he handed it out, I was giddy. Hopefully I scored well, haha. Otherwise, this would be a little embarrassing.
In other news, next weekend+Monday+Tuesday is fall break — the break they give us instead of Labor Day and other Monday holidays. Emily’s going out-of-town to visit her family, but I’m staying here because my first day of work is Saturday. And I have a paper due the day we get back. (Because my teacher loves us oh so much.)
